Do I need to set up an account?

You do not need an account to shop from Saudi Jawahir website. However, you will be able to enjoy a whole host of additional benefits if you register with us, such as:

  • Sending a direct complaint
  • Adding the products to your Wish List including sold out items.
  • Knowing discount and sales time before it starts
  • Saving your address and card details for a faster shopping experience when you visit us next time.

Will my personal information be confidential?

How will I know if an item is out of stock?

You will find a “Sold Out” banner beside each item it is out of stock. We will notify you in case you have placed your order with an item that is “In Stock” but became sold out while processing your order.

How can I order?

  • You can browse the labeled categories of Women and Men.
  • Click on the item that you like.
  • Choose your size.
  • You can either “Add to Cart” to continue shopping, or “Quick Buy” to confirm your purchase.
  • Fill your personal information, and address details.
  • Click on “Confirm your Order” to proceed to payment methods and checking out
  • Wait for a confirmation message.

What is the payment method?

We accept all Mada cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay

Can I pay cash?

You cannot pay in cash.

How do I change my delivery address or schedule delivery date?

You can submit a request to change your address through the website from “My Orders” page, or by contacting customer care to assist you by sending us an email on cs@jawahir.sa , but we cannot change the delivery date

If you have received an email informing you that the order is “Out for Delivery”, we will not be able to change the delivery date not the address. Please check our Delivery Policy for more information

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you by SMS. You can use that number in tracking your order through the authorized carrier, or through the website

You can only exchange item purchase online with item from the store if it has the same amount or more
